Welcome to Homeward Hound Dog Rescue

Homeward Hound is a rescue center for dogs of any shape, size, or breed. We are located in Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, and is also easily accessible from motorway networks (M1).

At Homeward Hound Dog Rescue we provide full care for each and every one of our four-legged friends and give them all very cozy lives until they find their forever homes.  We have a dedicated team of dog walkers to ensure our dogs have regular exercise, stimulation, and socialization with the real world. We strive with a passion to care for dogs with uncertain futures, here in the UK be it stray kennels or from a struggling home who can no longer cater for their pet for whatever reason. Also, help dogs from different countries around the world to hopefully help them find the life that they need and truly deserve.

We are self-funded, so we have set up our own fundraiser to help cover costs, eg; food, heating bills including heat lamps, and vet bills. As well as looking after our four-legged friends we also rent out some of our kennels for other dog rescues.
